Bulknet considers all the specific design parameters during the pug mill design process. Incorporating twin counter rotating screws with adjustable easily replaceable paddles to allow for multiple mixing/conveying outputs. Specific material abrasive or corrosive properties are considered when choosing paddle material. If required we can apply specialist coatings or weld on hard facing to increase screw longevity.
