Bulknet considers all the specific design parameters during the ribbon mixer design process. Incorporating single and double start ribbon flights with a variety of pitches and diameters, our ribbon mixers accommodate multiple batch sizes and material configurations. Specific material abrasive or corrosive properties are considered when choosing flight material. If required we can apply specialist coatings or weld on hard facing to increase screw longevity.
